May 2008 5/31/08 - Ready Night at Daytona Cubs The Daytona Cubs is partnering with the Volusia County Citizen Corps and Volusia County Emergency Management to host Ready Night on May 31, at 7:05 at Jackie Robinson Stadium when the Cubs meet the Jupiter Hammerheads. Fans will learn about how to be prepared by being informed, having a kit, and having a plan. Members of the community from Community Emergency Response Teams, the Citizen Observer Program, Fire Explorers, Ham Radio teams and others will be demonstrating their crime prevention and preparedness activities.
